Bankok Remand Prison chief Krit Krasaethip said on Wednesday the president of the red-shirt United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) will walk out of the prison before 8am on Saturday after serving out his one-year term. Jatuporn was in good health but had lost 30 kilogrammes during his stay behind bars, he added. The Supreme Court sentenced him on July 20 last year to one year in prison for defaming Mr Abhisit.
